NRA Basic Pistol
The NRA Basic Pistol course is designed to familiarize the new or experienced shooter with the safe and proper use of the pistol. Experienced shooters can also benefit from a review of fundamentals, especially with our one-on-one NRA Certified Instructor coaching.

Equipment:
- Any handgun in good operating condition that fires non-magnum ammunition.
- Example: (.357 Magnum pistol O.K. if .38 Special ammunition is used.
- Spare magazines or speedloaders are not required, but are highly recommended.
Requirements:
- Eye and ear protection is required on the indoor and outdoor range.
- You must be a club member (senior, spousal or junior member) to enroll.
- A non-refundable payment of $125.00 is required in advance and in full to register.
Signup for the class will be in the main clubhouse on January 31, 2012 at 7pm. Show up early to make sure you have a chance to get the class you want.
RULES:
- Registration Begins on January 31, 2012 in the main clubhouse at 7pm. Show up early as the classes fill up very quickly.
- Classes will be available on a first come, first served basis. You must physically show up to register.
- Payment for the class is due in full at the time of registration.
- You may have a surrogate come to register for you. Your surrogate must be able to provide all the registrant information and full payment for the class at that time.

- You can download the registration form off the LPRGC website or fill one out at the clubhouse for registration.
- All other rules regarding eligibility as stated are still in effect
