Do you have or know a junior (age 11-18) who is interested in shooting trap?\u00a0 Basic shotgun is the place to begin.<\/p>\n

In this course students will gain the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude necessary to safely and confidently\u00a0handle a shotgun whether it’s in the field or on the trap line.\u00a0 This course is a prerequisite for participating in the LPRGC Junior Trap program.\u00a0 Participants will learn the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Shotgun Knowledge and Safe Handling<\/li>\n
  2. Ammunition Knowledge and the Fundamentals of Shotgun Shooting<\/li>\n
  3. Firing the First Shots<\/li>\n
  4. Shotgun Shooting Skills Practial Exercises<\/li>\n
  5. Shotgun Games and Activities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In addition, participants will earn their first patch in the Winchester Marksmanship program.<\/p>\n
